Fiona White is a Dublin based textile print designer. She graduated with a first class honours from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin. In June 2016, she received a prize at the Future Makers Awards with the Design and Crafts Council of Ireland. She also represented Ireland at the international stage of the Society of Dyers and Colourists Design Competition in Shanghai November 2016. 


Fiona is a passionate textile designer and food lover. Through her practice, she combines these two aspects of her life to design printed homeware products for contemporary eating environments. Painting and mark making are integral parts of Fiona's design process. She works by hand to understand pattern, composition, scale and colour combinations. Working through both screen and digital print, she translates original abstract artwork to fabric. Her work is imbued with an optimism for simplifying lives encouraging a slow way of living. Fiona strives to create simple and functioning products that add value to our lives.
